 Your Role

In this role, located in North York, you will be coaching, mentoring and managing the performance of the Toronto Distribution Associates. The role also entails managing debriefing processes, transfers and fleet (5 ton trucks), and servicing and supporting approximately 40+retail locations across the GTA. Budget management, recruitment & selection and continuous improvement are requirements that would need to be performed as well.

 What you bring

Post-secondary degree/diploma with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a fast-paced distribution center is preferred. Strong communicationand organization are essential skills as well.  The successful candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office software. A valid G class license, clean driver’s abstract and ability to drive a 5 ton truck is mandatory.
