FAQs

I don't feel I have enough time to sleep, but I can't add more hours to the day. What can I do?

Try to maximize the hours you are getting with a mattress that provides excellent comfort. The less tossing and turning you do, the more quality sleep you get.

Make sleep a priority and adjust your lifestyle to reflect it. Start by not taking on extra projects at work, spend fewer nights socializing, cutting down on daily activities-such as household chores, errands or cooking elaborate meals. The main thing is to free yourself up by a certain time each evening so you can relax and settle in for a good night's rest.
