"I had been wanting a foam mattress for quite a few years but they were too expensive until Sleep Country came up with an affordable one. It has sure made a difference. I no longer wake up in the morning with lower back discomfort and I sleep much better because I don't wake up during the night because my body is uncomfortable and needs to move. This foam mattress is all I hoped it would be!"

"I was very happy with the overall experience. It really shows that Sleep Country cares and values their clients business. If this type of service keeps up, you have a customer for life.
At the retail store we have gone in their several times and the sales person who helped us was very knowledgable and patient.
The two guys who came to our house to deliver the bed were clean cut, friendly, respected my home by covering their shoes with slips, on time (very important) and quick.
I would like to thank everyone who interacted with me throughout this process as it was a positive one. I would be interested to hear if this was possible through a great training process or it happend to be great management in my area."

"While bed ridden after having major hip surgery, I needed a body pillow to help me rest on my side while keeping the operated side supported. The employee that I spoke with was so knowledgeable about the product lines that after a few questions, I was able to decide what make/model that I needed over the phone. The family member that picked it up for me was incredibly impressed with the fact that the staff person had arranged for the pillow to be ready at the cash for pick-up, that he was friendly, efficient, and helpful, and that the store was nicely laid out. Exhausted and from bed, I managed to decide on and have a body pillow picked up for me in under an hour thanks to your helpful staff. The pillow is great too and offered instant relief. Overall a fabulous customer service experience. I will be back!"
