not so cool
I purchased this recently and don't find it works well at all. The store offered vague pledges to do something if it didn't work, but I don't want another or a store credit.

Cool Max Mattress Pad
I purchased this mattress pad after finding my new mattress a little too firm. So back to the store I went where the salespeople suggested this mattress pad as it was the thickest at the time AND it would keep my cool while sleeping. The thickness of the pad has helped comfort wise, however, this mattress pad has recked my mattress. It's created all kinds of pulls and balling on my mattress. And it despite it's claim, it does not keep you cooler at night. We find it to be just as hot as memory foam. Disappointed, and now on the hunt to buy, yet another mattress pad before my mattress is completely destroyed.
