Made a mistake
Do not go by my first review. Serta is a great matress! The Contour Maricela is not great. Sorry for mistaking the two. The Contour, after one year of use, left me with bad neck and back pain for the mattress slowly lost its comfort!

Just Okay
This mattress is alright if one is looking for something between firm and soft support. I prefer support with softness. My back and neck are sore more often than not on this mattress.
