Our entire experience was positive. The salesman at the store (Orillia) was great and found us a deal on the mattress we wanted to purchase. The service men even took my old mattress away even when there was no requisition form from the store stating that it was to be picked up. Greatly appreciated!!!

Customer service was excellent in the store. Richard helped me pick the best mattress which also beat out all the competitor pricing I had looked at by far. The delivery was on time and the delivery men had my new bed set up without any noise or mess in about ten minutes. Love my new bed :)
