By asking us questions about what our needs are, she was able to direct us and assist us in finding a mattress we hope will be comfortable for years to come

Thank you for the wonderful experience we had at Sleep Country. Our sales associate, Richard, was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while we decided which bed was best for us. We knew we wanted a higher end memory foam type mattress and he helped us make the right choice with the Dormeo Octraspring. His product knowledge about any mattress we were considering was great, he also helped us choose the right pillows. He was never pushy, just helpful and friendly. My overall experience with Sleep Country on Upper Wentworth in Hamilton was fantastic. Richard Giacomelli was great to deal with and very knowledgeable and helpful to me. I would not hesitate to tell anyone I know to go there if they are looking for a mattress and box spring for sure. Great experience with the delivery guys as well. Very courteous and helpful as well. I would not hesitate to deal with them again myself.

The woman who helped us to select the beds was extremely well versed about your products and answerd our questions without looking up on a computer or opening a book or questioning any other store emplee. We were very impressed !!!
