When we talk about sleep habits, many people make the mistake of thinking that they are something completely natural or unconscious. It is easy to believe that we are all born knowing exactly how to sleep and what works for us, and that every part of our sleep routine is pre-programmed. If you are a poor sleeper, that is just your lot, whereas if you're a champion sleeper, that is just the way that you are.
